Todd is a graduate of East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. After completing law school and passing the Tennessee bar exam in 1996, he decided to follow his ancestral roots and joined the former law firm of Daniel & Oberman, a firm started by two of the most respected attorneys East Tennessee has ever produced, his father Zane Daniel and partner Steven Oberman.

Alongside his father and older brother, Jeff Daniel, as mentors, over the past 24 years, Todd has flourished into a skilled trial lawyer. Today Todd practices law with his older brother, Jeffrey Zane Daniel, which has allowed the two brothers not only to prosper together but also to keep their family heritage and values at the forefront of their practice.
